Order Processing

Most products are made to order or fulfilled through our trusted fulfillment partners. Please allow time for order processing before your item is shipped. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, production volume, and fulfillment conditions.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times will be shown at checkout when available. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Quý Wellness is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or returned to sender, please contact us with your order number. We will review the issue and work with our fulfillment partner or shipping carrier when possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
