RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because our products may be made to order and may include wellness or supplement products, returns and exchanges may be limited for product safety and hygiene reasons.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, entering the wrong shipping address, or customer ordering mistakes.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the packaging, if applicable
- A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement or refund when the issue qualifies under our fulfillment partner’s policy.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Cancellations

Orders may not be cancelable once they have entered production, fulfillment, or shipping.

Supplement Products

For wellness and supplement products, returns may be restricted due to safety and hygiene reasons. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
