Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Quý Wellness is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or returned to sender, please contact us with your order number. We will review the issue and work with our fulfillment partner or shipping carrier when possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
